Project Description

This project is a collaboration between Alexis Nelson of Hartford High School (Vermont) and Scott Miller of Vermont Folklife Center.  Thirty-two students from two sections of Ms. Nelson's Freshman Experience class created these photo stories on subjects of their choice.  They were required to chose a subject meaningful to them, take documentary photos from five different perspectives, and then write about the photos.  The were also required to comment on the aesthetic elements in one of their shots.
